I've always known, somewhere in my body, that everything real gets built from the inside out.
I knew it as a kid making bracelets from stones because I saw the bracelet I wanted and there was no jade. I knew it inside 16 years of corporate marketing — even when I was performing strategy beautifully, something deeper in me knew that wasn't where the real building happens.
And still, I got swept up sometimes. By the “right” framework. By the "right" way. By the version of success that looked right on paper. Because we all do, even when we know better, especially when the world keeps telling us the answer is out there.
The Spiral came from the journey back. From my own years of remembering what I'd always known, and learning to actually build from there. And from walking that homecoming path with every visionary, creator, founder, and leader I've worked with since.
It's not a method I invented. It's the path back to what's already there.

September → LISTEN The first month of active rhythm. We listen together to what's been forming inside you over the Landing months. What's louder. What's quieter. What's wanting to come through. No pressure to have the answer — just space, transmission, and reflection to let what's there become clearer.
October → SHAPE The shape starts to form. What's the inner architecture — your messaging, your channel, your why? The skeleton of what wants to come through. Still inside, but starting to take form.
November → BUILD What's been forming inside starts moving toward outer form. The offer takes shape. The content gets made. The body of work begins to look like itself. We refine, we voice, we build together.
December → REVEAL You reveal what you've built. The Incomparable Reveal — a live event where you present your Incomparable World to a room of witnesses. The first moment what you've built meets the world.

and why this work, now
For 16 years I worked inside corporate marketing and leadership — big budgets, high stakes, fast rooms. I learned strategy. I learned what it takes to build something that lands.
And the whole time, I was going deeper. Into psychology and psychosomatics. Into Human Design, astrology, Gene Keys. Into kundalini, yin, yoga nidra. Into the body, the nervous system, the soul.
Because I kept seeing the same thing — incredibly capable people performing strategies they didn't believe in. Building businesses that looked successful from the outside and felt like a slow death from the inside.
I was doing it too.
Until I learned to build the other way.
What I’m teaching and leading isn't theory. It's how I actually live.
Take Incomparable.
It started shaping inside me in November 2025. The word just kept appearing. I started seeing what it was really about — this whole thing of building from the inside out, of creating your incomparable world.
At the same time, I'd pivoted my business twice in twelve months. One of those pivots meant walking away from a guaranteed €160K in consulting contracts. I'd also just launched another offer built completely from the inside out — Living Proof — which became a €20K launch on its own.
And then... nothing else was planned. I could have rushed. I could have moved fast. But I knew I was being pulled into a deep integration phase, so I stayed in it.
For two or three months there was no money coming in. I was dipping into my savings. And I just kept feeling this creation shaping inside me — almost like I was breathing life into it before it had any outer form.
Then in February, before there was even a sales page out in the world — it was written in Notion but not published — a client reached out describing exactly what Incomparable was. She wanted to redesign her membership, redesign her world. Then a second client renewed at the highest tier.
Within two months, Incomparable had generated over €30K in revenue. From private 1:1 clients. Before doors had ever officially opened.
Mallorca was the same.
November 2024, I was here on the island. Walking the same neighborhood I live in now. Swimming in the sea. I looked up at these rooftop houses and thought, oh — I could see myself living there. Two days later, back in Germany, I found an apartment online. Booked a viewing the same day. Signed the lease three days later. Moved five weeks after.
For years I didn't know where I wanted to live, but I saw it. I could feel this world shaping before it had a shape.
Same with Soul Space Time.
I started it in 2020 during the pandemic. No strategy, no plan — just knew there was something bigger wanting to come through. A movement around rest. Around yoga nidra. Around giving people something. Six years later, it's grown into over one million downloads. Because I could feel it.
I always leap. I don't need proof before I move. My proof is how things feel on the inside — what I can see, what I can feel.
That's the methodology. That's exactly what we'll do inside Incomparable.
I'm Nina — an inside-out business mentor for leaders, visionaries, creators, and world-builders building something unmistakably theirs.
